With Christmas coming up next week, there will be several closures in Greene County.

The Greene County Courthouse and the Greene County Extension Office are closed Wednesday through Friday. The Jefferson Public Library is closed Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day, while the Jefferson City Hall and the Greene County Community Center are closing at noon on Wednesday and will remain closed on Christmas Day. 

Library patrons are reminded that nothing is due when the library is closed for a holiday.
