Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Track and Field senior Brecken Morse dishes out the advice she’s sharing with the younger members on the team.

Morse participates in the sprint to middle distance events of the 200, 400, and 800 Meters. Her goal this year is to strike a personal best in all three of her races. Morse is one of seven seniors for the Tigers and outlines how she is helping the younger girls this season.

“Just being that helping hand and being there for them. Obviously the underclassmen are confused and they don’t really know what’s going on.”

ADM will be traveling to Waukee this afternoon for the Northwest Girls Invitational, beginning at 3:45pm.
