The Panorama Boys Golf Team hosted the West Central Activities Conference Meet in Panora on Tuesday, resulting in senior Brayden Galvan taking home the gold in the competition.
Galvan shot 74 strokes individually to edge out Des Moines Christian’s Braden Shontz, who concluded with 76. The Panthers garnered fourth as a team with 338 strokes, behind Earlham, Van Meter and Des Moines Christian.
Other individuals for Panorama included senior Bryce Dawes, who posted a score of 83 strokes, followed by junior Cole Carstens at 89, sophomore Jaxson Stauffer with 92 strokes, freshman Mason Cates with 94, and senior Casey Young rounding out with 97 strokes.
The Panthers are gearing up for the Iowa High School Athletic Association Class 2A Sectional in Clarinda next Wednesday, May 13th.
