Baseball season is on the horizon for the Perry Bluejays baseball team as Perry travels to Granger to Hawk Baseball Field for scrimmage action against the Woodward-Granger Hawks on Monday. The scrimmage is set to begin at 7pm.

Looking to return to the diamond for the Bluejays include pitchers Ian Fisher and Mason Hayes. Fisher lead the team in wins last season with two wins in 25 2/3 innings pitched, while Hayes had the most strikeouts on the mound with 61 strikeouts in 41 innings pitched. Hayes also had one of two homeruns for the Bluejays last season and had 17 RBIs for the second highest on the team last season.

The official start of the season is still weeks away but the Bluejays baseball team face off against the Hawks on Monday for scrimmage action with the action set to begin at 7pm from Hawk Baseball Field in Granger.
