
The AC/GC Chargers boys track and field teams were in action at home last night.
The team finished 4th overall for the meet, scoring 64 team points. There were 15 scoring performances, including five top three performances. Additionally, there were three performances that placed high enough to score, but didn’t due to the two scoring finishes limitation. The team took silver medals in the 110 meter high hurdles with Brexton Schneider’s finish of 15.36 seconds, the 200 meter dash with Tommy Skram’s time of 23.58 seconds, and the long jump with Collin Stringham’s leap of 19 feet and a quarter inch. The two bronze medals were secured in the 110 meter high hurdles with Morgun Nolte’s finish of 15.9 seconds, and in the 200 meter dash with Kade Sorensen’s time of 24.03 seconds.
