Greene County lost 1-0 in Carroll to Kuemper Catholic in boys’ high school soccer on Friday night. The loss was the second this week, the second by shut out, and the second to a Hawkeye 10 Conference school. Coach Carl Behne’s team fell at Harlan on Monday by a 5-0 score. Greene County, ranked number 15 in Class 1A by the Iowa High School Soccer Coaches Association, fell to 6-2 on the season.
Goalkeeper Kyle Peters had 12 saves for the Rams. The Greene County offense had five shots on goal, but was stymied each time.
