The ADM Tiger basketball team was back on the court Friday night traveling to Bondurant to take on the Bluejays and Lady Bluejays. ADM girls got a solid road victory 63-58 to move to 13-5 on the season, and the boys got back on the right side of the winning record getting a 68-52 mark.
The girls won a hard fought game, one that saw them trail by 6 early in the third quarter before going on a 19-5 run to finish strong and pick up a great victory. With their district pairings coming out next week, this victory could help with the seeding for ADM and hopefully get a potential favorable matchup. They had four different players in double figures, and put together a great night, as ADM showed a ton of grit and determination to get the win.
The boys were without second leading scorer Nate Mueller, but maybe to be alright thanks to a big night from Ethan Juergens, as the junior put in 17 points on the night, and helped lead four different ADM scorers in double figures. He did a great job of distributing the basketball as ADM was able to get a much needed victory that hopefully can re-kindle a winning streak.
Both teams will be back on the court on Tuesday, when they have another home doubleheader against Carlisle in Adel.
