Guthrie County residents with environmentally-sensitive property can now file a no-spray request to the Secondary Roads Department.

Guthrie County’s Integrated Roadside Vegetation Management Department is introducing a No Spray Request Form for residents who wish to protect property used for organic crops, bees, grape production, and other uses. County Engineer Josh Sebern says residents were previously able to apply for this service through the state, but the County has now decided to take this in their own hands to ensure all residents are satisfied. Those interested must fill out a form that will specify which locations along county roadsides they wish to remain free of county-applied herbicides. You can find the form below, or contact the Secondary Roads Department for more information.
