
Greene County ISU Extension is offering a program focused on promoting a healthier lifestyle for older adults.
The “Stay Independent: A Healthy Aging Series” is a four-week program for adults 60 and older. The program is designed to reduce nutritional risk through lifestyle changes. The free program will be from 10:30-11:30am on Wednesdays from June 3rd-24th at the Extension office in Jefferson. Due to social distancing guidelines, the program will be held to the first nine registrants. To sign up, contact the Extension office at 515-386-2138 by June 1st.
