As we continue to fast approach Christmas, many local organizations are ramping up their charitable efforts to help those people who need assistance most during this holiday season.

One such organization is the Children’s Clothing Closet, better known as the 3Cs in Panora, which is having a holiday drive to help area children that are in particular need of clothes, warm coats, bedding or toys for Christmas.

The 3Cs’ Connie Ridgley says the organization will be delivering donated items to local children each of the next three Saturdays starting tomorrow.
