If you are looking for a place to go sledding, there is one popular public place in Greene County.
County Conservation Director Dan Towers says the sledding hill at Seven Hills Park is open from 1-4pm Saturdays and Sundays whenever there is at least four inches of snow. Additionally, there is an automatic rope pull on-site to help sledders back up the steep, curvy hill. You can also bring your own warm beverage, as there is a shelterhouse on-site, but you must bring your own sled.
The sledding hill is free and open to the public.
