The WCV Girls Soccer team had their 2021 season come to an end Tuesday night.

The Wildcats end an up and down season with a loss to Gilbert in the Region 3 semifinal. WCV was coming off a big win against Kuemper Catholic. A team that had beaten them earlier in the year. The Wildcats won a hard fought game 1-0 after a goal in the 2nd period. The Wildcats would advance to play the Gilbert Tigers last night. A game that ended with the Tigers winning 9-0.

WCV finishes the season with a 7-11 record. A season that started with a couple of blowout wins. Unfortunately for the Wildcats they couldn’t maintain that momentum the rest of the season.
