The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will discuss the City of Stuart Annexation of the Menlo Ethanol Plant at their meeting today.

The Board will also hear updates from Guthrie County Conservation Director Brad Halterman, and hear a report on the 28E agreement with Audubon County taking over public health services and a transfer station financial assurance with Guthrie County Health Services Director Jotham Arber. 

Also the Board will hear from County Farm Lessee Jake Anderson about the County Farm Fence, as well as hear updates from County Attorney Brenna Bird and County Treasurer Marci Schreck with her semi-annual report.

Other items on the agenda include possible approval for a hearing for a land sale to Jennifer Ingles, Hazard Mitigation Plan, Regional Housing Authority Board of Director, and overgrown tree in the County lot in Bagley. They will also consider approving  Homestead Credit, Military Exemption, Disabled Veteran Homestead tax credits, Business Property Tax Credit and potential change orders to the law enforcement center project. 

Finally, a potential closed session with Guthrie County Custodian about evaluating professional Competency .The meeting will take place online and in person in the Guthrie County Courthouse at 9 a.m.
