Ethan Decamp, age32, 404 10th St, Dallas Center, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of Possession Of Controlled Substance and one count of Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Brittany Shay, age 25, 102 Oak Blvd, Huxley, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation. She was also arrested for being a fugitive From Justice.

Alfredo Martinez-Cortez, age 20, 818 Chicago Ave, Plattsmouth, NE, was arrested for No Valid Drivers License, Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability, Speeding and Operating While Under The Influence.

Leighton Lundstrom, Woodward, was driving in the area of Hwy 141 and S Ave.  He lost control and broke through a barricade and into a farm field.  Mr. Lundstrom refused medical treatment and damage was estimated at $5000 to the vehicle and $1500 to the barricade.  Mr. Lundstrom was cited for Failure To Maintain Control and Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

Aug. 7

Braydon Miller, age 20, 604 N. Gaines St, Stuart, was arrested on a warrant for Eluding, Failure To Obey Stop Sign and Speeding.

Aug. 8

Marley Benedict, age 22, 100 Abigail Lane, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Possession Of Controlled Substance.
