Dallas Center-Grimes volleyball gets their season started off on the right foot on Tuesday.

The Mustangs started their season in their own tournament at the Oak View Gym in Grimes. The Mustang Invitational Tournament had some strong competition with Greene County, Mason City and Ballard. Dallas Center-Grimes played all three opponents and only lost one set. They beat Mason City (2-0), Greene County (2-1) and Ballard (2-0).

The Mustangs will now head to Grinnell on Saturday and face off for the Tiger Invitational Tournament. The first serve will be at 9am in the Grinnell Community Senior High School.
