A deputy was dispatched to a vehicle that was reported to be on the roadway in the 300 block of 130th Street. The vehicle was experiencing mechanical problems and the owner assured the deputy the car would be removed soon.

The sheriff was advised of a pickup that was trespassing in the 2000 block of 305th Street. The owner of the pickup was spoken to about the concern.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
