The Panorama Girls and Boys Track and Field Teams hosted a Coed Invitational on Thursday versus eight other schools, as the Panthers represented well.

For the boys, Panorama garnered third place as a team with 99 points, as sophomore Corbin Deardorff recorded a time of 52.67 seconds to win the open 400 Meter Dash, while senior Syler Shaffer ran 11.76 seconds in the 100 Meter Dash for third place, then sophomore Braden Bahrenfuss was fourth in the 200 Meter Dash at 24.37 seconds.

On the girls side, the Panthers finished in eighth place with 59 total points. Panorama junior Kylie Rochholz nabbed fourth in the 400 Meters going 1:05.51, followed by freshman Olivia Beaudet captured fourth in the 400 Meter Hurdles (1:24.83) and also took fourth place in the 3000 Meters at 12:56.52. The relays ran well for the Panthers as the Distance Medley tallied third, then the 4×400 and 4×800 Meters got fourth, and the 4×100 Meters placed sixth.

Panorama will now prepare for the Class 2A Region 8 State Qualifying Meet in Treynor this coming Thursday, May 14th.
