It’s the biggest meet of the year for the Perry Bluejays golf team as the Bluejays travel to Webster City to Briggs Woods Golf Course for the Class 3A Iowa High School Athletic Association Sectional. The action is set to begin at 10am.

Perry looks at an uphill battle facing off against golfers from: Boone, Des Moines Christian, Gilbert, Humboldt, Nevada, South Tama County and Webster City. Gavin Leslie, Townes Wilson, and Reed Iben lead the charge for the Bluejays golf team as Leslie has the best 9 hole low score with 43 strokes. Wilson leads the team in 9 hole average with 46.33 strokes while Iben leads the team in 18 hole low and average with 86 strokes as the low score and 92 strokes as the 18 hole average.

Dreams of heading to state are on the line today as the Perry Bluejays make the journey to Briggs Woods Golf Course in Webster City for the Class 3A IHSAA sectional. The action is set to begin at 10am.
