
The Perry Bluejays soccer team wrapped up the 2025-26 regular season with a victory over the Clarke Indians at home. The Bluejays advance to 8-6-1 after the 3-0 shut out victory.
The first half was scoreless, but Perry was relentless on the attack, as George Krohn sent two shot attempts but could not break through for the Bluejays. In the second half, Perry came out swinging, as Krohn found Zamora with a corner kick to notch in the first goal for Perry. Zamora continued to shine, ending the night with two goals before Krohn notched in the final goal of the night with 2:30 left in the final half.
With the regular season concluded, the Bluejays await Class 2A substate action, facing off against the winner between Carroll and MOC-Floyd Valley at home, on Wednesday, May 27th.
