Panorama will have three individuals that will take part in the 2026 Iowa High School State Track and Field Meet later this week in Des Moines.

The Panthers are in the Class 2A section. On the girls side for Panorama, junior Kylie Rochholz will be running in the Girls 1500 Meter and the 3000 Meter Run, while for the boys, senior Syler Shaffer advanced in the 400 Meter Hurdles with a time of 55.65 seconds, and junior Reed Draper qualified in the Long Jump with a distance of 22 feet and 0.25 inches.

Rochholz will participate in the Girls 3000 Meter Run this Thursday at 3:20pm, as the 1500 Meters will follow on Saturday at 2:50pm. Draper will compete in the Boys Long Jump on Thursday at 2pm, followed by Shaffer in the 400 Meter Hurdles on Friday, beginning at 6pm.

The Iowa Girls and Boys State Track and Field Meet is taking place at Drake Stadium in Des Moines this Thursday through Saturday.
