It’s the first of three days of Coed State Track & Field at Drake Stadium in Des Moines and Greene County is set to compete in two of the 11 events it qualified in Class 2A. There are five events on Friday and four on Saturday for the Rams.

Action for Greene County starts at 4:20 p.m. with senior Becca Anderson in the preliminary of the 200 meter dash. Junior Zack Stadler has the 100 meter dash prelim at 6:45 p.m. There are 24 qualifiers in each event, but only the fastest eight advance to Saturday’s finals.
