A deputy checked a littering concern in the 2300 block of 337th Street.

A deputy was dispatched to the 1100 block of 330th Street for the report of vehicles not slowing while in a construction area.

A deputy was asked to check the welfare of several youth in the 700 block of Grant Street in Scranton. Everyone was found to be safe and secure.

A deputy was dispatched to the 700 block of Main Street East in Grand Junction to check the welfare of an adult male. The deputy spoke with the male and found him to be safe.

A deputy is investigating the theft of a band instrument from the Greene County Intermediate School in Grand Junction.

A deputy and the Churdan Fire &  Rescue provided traffic control while a pickup pulling a farm wagon was removed from the roadway at I Avenue and 180th Street.

A deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of Main Street in Rippey to check the welfare of a female resident.

A deputy took possession of water damaged ammunition that was brought to the Law Enforcement Center for disposal.

A deputy was dispatched for the report of a vehicle in the ditch on U Avenue near 160th Street. After a preliminary investigation and field sobriety testing, the deputy subsequently arrested Ryan James Hanson 31, of Jefferson, for Operating While Intoxicated, 1st Offense and Failure to Maintain Control.

A deputy checked the report of a natural gas smell coming from around the Star Energy location south of Jefferson. The deputy detected only a minor odor of natural gas.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
