Bowen Slater Kelly, age 18 of 23152 347 St., De Soto was arrested on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent.

Lee Kinney of Dawson was traveling in the 23000 block of Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a deer.  No injuries reported.  Damage to the vehicle estimated at $4000.00.
