De Soto Equipment reported the theft of a X-Mark 60 inch riding mower from their business at 16 Ellefson Dr., De Soto.

Clarissa Eve Miller, age 27 of 2811 Warford St., #2, Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft.
