Ryan Alexander Peer, age 23 of 1115 66th St., Windsor Heights was arrested in the 32000 block of Ute Avenue for Driving under the influence and Possession of a controlled substance.
Teresa Ann Heck of 419 W. Sycamore St., Ogden was traveling southbound on Highway 169 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $6,000.00.
