Timber Pine Nursery at 18863 Jewell Cr., Earlham reported that someone broke into the sales barn and stole two separate register drawers.
John Wormley of Dexter was traveling west at the 102 mm of Interstate 80 when he was struck on the front passenger side of his vehicle by a semi truck driven by Robert Cox of Brazil, In. Cox was switching lanes and did not see Wormley’s vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to both vehicles estimated at $500.00 each.
Brooks Tarlue, age 23 of 1157 11th St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft 3rd.
Stephan Paul Chase Slinker, age 22 of 1604 6th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure appear-original charge of OWI.
Anthony Linn Welch, age 49 of 1204 Cherry St., Dallas Center was arrested on a warrant for domestic abuse assault.

Dakota Wylie Armstrong, age 19 of 808 Warford, Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of operating a motor vehicle without owners consent.
