The Jefferson Friends of the Library spring used book sale will be tomorrow from 9am-1pm.

Library Director Jane Millard says the money from the book sale will go back to the library.  The Friends of the Library have supported the library by purchasing new computers, furniture and other items for the public to enjoy.

Other items at the book sale will be DVD’s, magazines and puzzles.  Millard wants to thank everyone for their donations to the book sale and that’s one of the reasons why the bi-annual event is so successful.

“People have been doing their spring cleaning already and we have been getting donations in literally by the box load almost daily.  And so we thank everyone for being so generous.”

Millard adds that the next book sale will be in September and that everyone can donate year round.

The spring book sale will be in the basement of the Jefferson Library from 9am-1pm tomorrow.  For more information, contact the library at 386-2835.
