A deputy while on routine patrol, checked an unoccupied vehicle on 220th Street near R Avenue. A 24 hour removal sticker was placed on the car.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
