Perry Schools’ Superintendent has been selected as the 2016 Iowa High School Athletic Directors Association Outstanding School Administrator.

Lynn Ubben has served as the Perry Superintendent since the fall of 2009.  Activities Director Tom Lipovac says “several important student activities program physical improvements have been achieved under Ubben’s leadership in Perry.”

This includes construction of the Perry Performing Arts Center. the addition of MUSCO lighting systems to the baseball and softball fields and a total facility renovation of the middle school gymnasium.

Lipovac says Ubben is a member of the Iowa High School Athletic Association Representative Council and has as strong voice for student activity programs.

She will receive the award at the IHSADA’s state convention in March.
