After summer and fall open gyms, the West Central Valley girls basketball team will be finally taking the hardwood for their first official practice of the year. November 11th is the first day today that all girls teams across the state of Iowa can get their first practice in.

The Lady Wildcats will be focused on continuing to get better as a young team, as they will be focused on beginning to get into shape as well as start to install various plays that the team will run this year.

The Lady Wildcats will have a lot of exciting talent returning this year, so will see if they can put everything together as the fun of the basketball season begins today.
