Starting on the week of November 23rd, the West Central Valley Wildcats will not be able to do any time of activities for their winter sports teams and no athletes will be allowed to be on the high school campus either.

The main key that coaches will be hoping for their athletes in that they are finding ways to stay in shape during their own time, because after having a week of practice for boys basketball and wrestling along with two weeks for girls basketball, those athletes will not want to undo all of the work that they have put in due in part to being lazy during the week.

Even though athletes won’t be in session, this will be arguably one of the most important weeks for all of them for the upcoming sports season, and if athletes do a good job of staying in the best shape that they can, it will help propel them to hopefully a successful season as well when competition fires up for them once again and they get back on the court and mat.
