Accident:
Vehicle 1 Red 2013 Nissan registered to Lyle Donald Tunink, 1618 1″ Ave, Perry driven by Kennedy Sue
Tunink, 1618 1″ Ave., Perry.
Vehicle 2 legally parked blue 2012 Honda Pilot registered to Ana Celina Blanco, 1007 Dewey, Perry.
Vehicle 1 slid on the snow while pulling into a parking space striking vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 2 issued
a warning for no driver’s license. Total estimated damage $600.
Arrest: A 14 year old male from Perry was taken into custody and charged with dissemination and
exhibition of obscene material to minors.
Officers received a report of a theft that took place In the 1200 block of 141″ Street. Incident under
Investigation.

Officers responded to the 2600 block of Taft concerning a burglary. Happened sometime during the day.

Accident:
Vehicle 1 Silver 2014 Dodge Durango registered to and driven by Araceli Hernandez, 15591141″ St., Perry.
Vehicle 2 silver 2013 Toyota Rav4 registered to and driven by Jason Walter Parnell, 1225 Rush Ridge Road.,
Jefferson, lA.
Vehicle 1 was traveling west on Dewey. Vehicle 2 was traveling north on S’h Street. Vehicle 1 failed to
stop at the stop sign striking vehicle 2 in the intersection. After striking vehicle 2 vehicle 1 exited the
roadway and struck a power pole located on the southwest corner of the intersection. No injuries
reported. Total estimated damages to the two vehicles $7000. Driver of vehicle 1 cited for failure to
obey stop sign and yield right of way.

Arrest: Matthew James Kilts, age 40, 2014 Warford, Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving
under suspension
Arrest: Chad Michael Menz, age 39, 1420 Evelyn, Perry was arrested on a Polk County warrant for
violation of a no contact order and failure to appear for hearing
