Matthew W. Mahl, age 47, 114 NE 4th St, Panora, was arrested on a warrant for Operating While Under The Influence 2nd Offense.
Robert L. Wooldridge, age 35, 1808 N. Lincoln St, Knoxville, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Theft 4th Degree. Mr. Wooldridge was also arrested on a warrant for Theft 3rd Degree.
