The Raccoon Valley Radio-listening area has back to back months where the number of positive COVID-19 cases continue to fall. According to the Iowa Department of Public Health as of Monday, Dallas County has 26,809 total positive tests, for an increase of 253 as of April 1st and added three deaths for a total of 144. Guthrie County has seen an increase of eight new positive tests since April 1st with 2,592 total positive tests, and a total of 46 deaths. Greene County has 1,907 total positive cases, for an increase of 11 cases in the past month, with a total of 21 deaths. Adair County has 1,587 total positive cases, for an increase of four since April 1st, and a total of 50 deaths. 

As of Monday, statewide, there are 859,772 total positive tests, and 9,529 deaths.
