The AC/GC Chargers football season is over, and there are some members who helped the team throughout the season.
Senior Tommy Skram led in passing yards with 222, and passing touchdowns with three. Fellow senior Brexton Schneider led in carries for the ground game with 135, while senior Joe Crawford led in rushing yards with 1,180, along with rushing touchdowns with 17. Crawford also led in receptions with five and receiving yards with 132, along with receiving touchdowns with three. Senior Xander Harwood was the total tackles leader with 57.5 and solo tackles leader with 34, while fellow senior Carter Richter led in tackles for a loss of yards with 12, and junior Brandon Carlson led in sacks with 2.5.
Senior Charlie Christensen led in forced fumbles with two, while junior Ryder Cline led in fumble recoveries with 4, and Schneider and sophomore Kinnick Froehlich both led in interceptions with three apiece. Crawford led on kick returns with five for 65 yards, and punt returns with 15 for 357 yards. Senior Oliver Wetzel led in kicking with 3,005 yards on 64 kickoffs for an average of 46.9 yards per kick. Senior Angel Martinez was the punting leader with six for 213 yards. Many of these players are also leaders in multiple categories for the district, and those rankings can be found below.
