The Guthrie County Community Foundation (GCCF) heard from the recipients of their 2025 round of grants on Thursday.

Member Andrew Arganbright mentions that they met with the roughly 25 organizations that received a grant, and heard from all of them on the projects they were utilizing the grant for. The presentation included what the project was, and how it benefited residents of Guthrie County. The application process for the 2026 round of GCCF grants is now open as well, with individuals able to begin that process by emailing GCCF at gccfoundation@gmail.com, or visiting the Des Moines Foundation website and clicking on the affiliates tab for Guthrie County.
