A Linden woman has been sentenced on felony charges.

According to court documents, 53 year old Tammy Peters of Linden was pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) third or subsequent offense. She was sentenced to no more than five years, though after receiving credit for time served, the sentence was suspended, and she was put on probation for a period of three years. Peters was also required to pay $1,025 in fines and court costs.
