The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Girls Track and Field Team participated in the Bondurant-Farrar Invitational on Monday, marking a second place finish.

ADM accumulated 118 points for second place behind Pella, who won the meet with 131 points. Individually, the Tigers had three girls that captured first place with senior Elise Coghlan, who won the 100 Meter Hurdles with a time of 15.50 seconds, followed by junior Isabelle Book in the open 200 Meters at 26.09 seconds, and then junior Addy Bjork ran 1:10.62 in the 400 Meter Hurdles for first place.

Also, ADM’s 800 Sprint Medley, the 4×100 Meter Relay, the 4×100 Meter Shuttle Hurdle, and the 4×800 Meter Relay all garnered first place. Tiger sophomore Elliotte Von Roden ran 11:45.73 for third place in the 3000 Meters and was fourth in the 800 Meters at 2:31.38.

ADM will be taking Coghlan, senior Haley Nelson, senior Lauren Hagedorn, the 4×200 Meter Relay, the 4×400 Meter Relay, the Girls Shuttle Hurdle Relay, and the 4×100 Meter Relay to the 116th Drake Relays this Thursday through Saturday in Des Moines.
