Sherry Ann Troutwine, age 39 of 335 N Chestnut Ave., Earlham was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of unlawful possession of prescription drugs
Monica Kay Mills, age 44 of 16359 180th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for OWI.
