Parents of three and four year-olds are invited to sign up for preschool and prekindergarten for the 2015-16 school year at Greene County Elementary.

The three year-old preschool program meets two half days per week starting next school year.  It is a tuition-based program with financial assistance that parents can apply for.  A parent meeting will take place at 6pm on Thursday, May 14th at the elementary school in Jefferson.  A representative for tuition assistance will also be on hand to answer questions.

Then at 6:30pm that same night will be a parent meeting for all those interested in signing up for the prekindergarten program for four year-olds.  At the meeting, parents must bring their child’s birth certificate and immunization record.  Eligible children must be four years old by September 15th.  A 30 minute screening appointment must be scheduled for registration on May 19th and 20th.
